I will forever come to this Big O Tires. They are so nice and get the job done. Just had a nail in my tire and they got me in and out so fast. Fixed it for free as I'd been there for tires last year. Had quite a bit of work done and it's lasted a whole year with no problems. Love this location. Thanks guys 😉

My husband took my 2005 Toyota Sequoia to Big O Tires for a free brake inspection and turns out it needed new brake pads and rotors. While he was waiting for the work to be finished, he sat in the waiting area and heard a loud noise after he saw the mechanic backing our Sequoia out of the shop. He decided to go outside and see what happened and found the mechanic desperately trying to fix damage that was done to our rear bumper. My husband asked him what happened and he said hold on a second and ran inside the building. Turns out he backed our Sequoia into another employee's Honda Accord. When I called my husband I heard an employee talking to him saying that there may be a leak in the brake line to which my husband said wouldn't that have been caught during the initial free brake inspection? Then the mechanic says that air may have been trapped in the line DUE TO NEGLECT and then he goes on to say that someone may have intentionally cut the line or it may have been accidentally cut by a rock. My husband tells him that's what the emergency brake is for and asked why it wasn't used and was told that it failed as well. When I showed up I asked if the brakes were pumped 3 times and th

went in for alignment fix and the labor was 1.3k for 4h of work. parts were understandable i guess but this is crazy. i was stressed at the time and just went with it. felt taken advantage off, im active duty military and they pulled one on me.

Bought tires they put 45 lbs pressure in all the tires. (called for 35) then noticed all my tire sencors were wrong . Took it back and they fixed the sencor. if they hadn't messsed up the pressure I probably would not have noticed. every thing else was great
